Proposed Cooperation Scheme

Stage 1. Identification of Company Needs

    At the beginning of cooperation, the technical problem, research need or technological objective of the company is defined.

Stage 2. Feasibility Analysis

    The Department prepares a preliminary assessment of feasibility, scope of research, proposed methodology and expected results.

Stage 3. Definition of Work Scope

    The schedule, responsibilities, form of reporting and final result of the cooperation are agreed upon.

Stage 4. Implementation of Research, Analysis or Project

    Measurements, simulations, modelling, design work, laboratory tests or development work are carried out.

Stage 5. Final Report and Recommendations

    The company receives the results of the work together with interpretation, conclusions, technical recommendations and proposals for further action.
