MULTIMEDIA ENGINEERING (in Polish)

MULTIMEDIA ENGINEERING is a modern, interdisciplinary field of study combining knowledge from the fields of engineering, technical and social sciences.

This major is addressed to young people with passion and a chance to gain unique skills. Here you will learn how to create software, process graphic files and multimedia forms, as well as familiarise yourself with computer graphics and the principles of creating animations. You will gain knowledge and engineering skills in the field of design and use of electrical, lighting and audiovisual devices and installations. You will learn how to create applications and multimedia presentations, as well as how to make various forms of audio-visual recordings using the equipment and tools available in TV and radio studios. You will have a chance to acquire various skills and develop in several fields at the same time, which will certainly pay off in your engineering career. The studies will prepare you for work, e.g. in the positions of: designer (e.g. power supply systems, software, multimedia installations), service technician of multimedia devices and systems, studio service engineer, producer (e.g. sound, image and multimedia), multimedia form editor, multimedia engineer.
